Yesterday on Twitter there was a hashtag,
#BeatlesForFoodies ,
which was an invitation to change the title of a Beatles song
to make it more inviting for foodies.
Here are some of my contributions:
Rubber Sole
Kelp!
Honey Dew
Grill
Glass Onion Rings
Martha My Deer (or Martha My Venison)
All My Oven
I've Just Seen A Plaice
I'll Follow the Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Kkkkk-elp wins by a long shot.
ReplyDeleteHeehee. :-)
ReplyDeletePERFECT Twitter hashtag challenge for you! I think my favorite is Kkkk-elp, too. :)
ReplyDeleteIt was fun. Amazing the number of fishy titles that swim to mind.
DeleteOther people came up with:
Eleanor Digs Brie
I Want to Hold Your Ham
Let It Brie
"Blackbird eating in the dead of night/Take these chicken wings and learn to fry"
Love these! Funny coincidence since my blog post for Tuesday contains some song lyrics with a foodie twist. :)
ReplyDeleteYah, Jama's back! I was thinking, as I was doing these, that you (and Kevin) would have been naturals at it!
DeleteI like All My Oven! :)
ReplyDeleteSusan
Yeah, yeah, yeah...
DeleteTwo more (by other people):
Sushi in the Sky with Diamonds
You Say Good Pie and I Say Jell-o
Lol, these sound fantastic, Kelp! especially.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you enjoyed them. I had a lot of fun. :-)
