That's interesting, Barb. There's so much to learn about this business.

It's nice to know there are now more options available to authors. I have a friend who traditionally published many books that then went out of print. She bought back her rights and has successfully self-pubbed them. When one (publishing) door closes, another may open.
ReplyDeleteI love that we have more choices...Everyone wins when we are made to feel more like equals in these decisision-making partnerships. Thanks for sharing this, Barb!
ReplyDeleteYes, choices are good!
DeleteI love the idea of hybrid publishing, too. There's much to learn from both sides and as creatives, we really should keep learning and make the best use of what our generation has.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading and commenting, Claudine.
