Cover for Antique Piano & Other Sour Notes

I'm delighted to reveal the amazing cover for my collection of humorous poetry!

Isn't it fun?

My friend, Kevin Slattery, designed it.

Antique Piano & Other Sour Notes will be available in early March.

    3. Thanks, Tracy! It was a great collaboration. Barbara's poetry and her art direction—it was fun to find the solution to make it a good cover for a good book.

  8. Congratulations! What a great title. Sounds like a fun book. I was always looking for ways to turn my kids on to poetry when they were young. Humorous poetry is the best!

    1. I'm so glad you like the title, Ruth!

I should point out, though, that my book is aimed at an adult audience. Nothing is really racy, but I'd rate it as PG.

  11. Hi, Chris. I wish I had know about your company--and that you didn't live so far away--back in 2010 when I was trying to sell my art deco piano! The incongruity of an astronaut playing an antique piano on the moon is supposed to show that my book is humorous, not a piano text.

I explain more fully in my interview with Jama Rattigan:
