Interesting haiku as are the owls themselves. ☺
Owls look for an abandoned nest or woodpecker's hole, Debbie. Then the male will bring gifts of twigs or leaves to redecorate for the female. :-)
Owls are smart
Exactly! Why waste your time in construction work if you don't have to? No wonder Athena (symbol of wisdom) chose an owl as her pet/ mascot.
