Writer, Poet, Owl at Heart
Found this You Tube video about Ingo, a Belgian Shepherd, who was best friends with an abandoned owlet, Poldi.
Beautifully photographed by Tanja Brandt, a German wildlife photographer.

Touching. We're surprised by cross-species' attachments, but us humans are the greatest example of just such. Case in point is your love of owls :)
Ingo the dog was so gentle with Poldi. It's a delight to watch them interacting and playing together. Glad you enjoyed this.
I love this so much Barb! Adorable!
Thanks, Vijaya.I'm guessing that Poldi became imprinted on Ingo. This is usually a tragedy for an owl, but Ms. Brandt gave Poldi the opportunity to gain a best friend...and later to find a mate and have his own owlets. What a great story!
Give a hoot.
Touching.
