    1. There is something wistful about fall, but the colours do make up for it brilliantly (pun intended).

    1. Do you miss the changing leaves since moving from the northwest, Vijaya?

  6. Thanks for bringing Autumn glory to my front door. Mother Nature doesn't wear her fall finery here--least wise, not with the same flair. It's beautiful here, don't get me wrong. But ohhhh, I'd love to shuffle through the fallen leaves & whiff their moldering aroma. :)

    1. I'm glad I took those photos when I did because most of those gloriously coloured leaves are gone. Thanks for your comment, Claudine. :-)

    1. Thanks, Susan. Gather ye fall leaves while ye may...

Last week a major snowstorm hit Buffalo (100 miles away) with a year's worth of snow in four days. It only skirted us with a couple of inches.

I'm glad I posted these photos (and others) because I lost the past year's worth of photos when my Blackberry died.

  9. My favorite season! But I'm thankful for the snow this morning and the sugar frosted trees.
