Ha-ha 😁I have one friend who still makes it from scratch and fills the fish. She swears it is heaps better than the version most of us know. I'm just not that fond of fish, and specifically carp, to fuss with it, sticking my hands into its cavity.
Yeah, I agree. In fact, I buy my gefilte fish.
